DHAKA: At least five people were injured as a truck overturned in Paribagh area of Banglamotor in the city on Friday night.

The identity of the injured couldn’t be known immediately.

Police Sergeant Golam Mahtab told banglanews that a tire of the truck punctured and it tumbled upside down on the street around 11:30pm, leaving the five people injured.

Later, the truck driver and his assistant were sent to Holy Family Hospital and critically injured three others were sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
