3 Huji men held in city

DHAKA: Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) detained three activists of banned militant outfit Harkat-ul-Jihad (Huji) from Postagola in city on Saturday night.  

Confirming the matter, DMP Media Center Deputy Police Commissioner Masudur Rahman told banglanews that acting on a tip off the law enforcers conducted a drive and held them from the area.

Details will be disclosed in a press briefing at DMP Media Center around 11:30am, he added.
