DHAKA: Both war crimes convicts and government sides can file review petition within 15-day after publication of full judgment by Supreme Court Appellate Division.

Besides, death row convicts can’t be hanged till the review is settled, while the convict can seek Presidential mercy after issue of death warrant.

A five-member SC bench led by Justice M Mozammel Hossain came up with the order when the full judgment of cancellation of Quader Mollah’s review petition was published on Tuesday noon.
