DHAKA: The High Court on Tuesday recalled the summons issued to agriculture secretary and agriculture information service director for ignoring a court order.

The HC will deliver new order in this regard on Wednesday.

An HC bench of Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice Kazi M Ejarul Haque passed the order at noon.

Deputy Attorney General Amatul Karim of the court confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Earlier in the day, the HC summoned and asked them to appear before the court on January 11, 2015.

Sources said the HC ordered them to pay the salary of an officer, Ariful Islam Rony of agriculture ministry. But, they ignored the order.
