“Terrorist” shot dead in capital

DHAKA: A “terrorist” was shot dead by unidentified miscreants in Hazaribagh area of the capital on Sunday.
 
The deceased was identified as Afjal Hossain Sattar, 50, son of late Abdul Aziz, of Hazaribagh Tannery Intersection.

Brother of the deceased Motaleb said Sattar received severe bullet injuries at 2:15pm in a gun-attack of the miscreants.

Later, the injured was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where on-duty doctor declared him dead at 2:40pm.

Hazaribagh Thana Officer-in-Charge Kazi Mainul Islam told banglanews Sattar was accused of 10 murder cases.
