Man crushed under train in city

DHAKA: A person was crushed under the wheels of a train in Khilkhet area of the city on Tuesday.

The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Police sources said that the victim was crushed under the wheels of Sirajganj Express around 3:45pm in the area.

However, the body was sent to Dhaka Medical College morgue for autopsy.

Dhaka Railway Thana Sub-Inspector (SI) Rafiqul Islam confirmed the matter to banglanews.
