CHANDPUR: District BNP unit called dawn-to-dusk hartal for Saturday protesting the arrest of BNP leaders and activists.

District BNP joint convener Advocate Salim Ullah Selim made the declaration around 5:00pm in a rally on Chandpur Hasan Ali High School premises of the district.

After the rally, the BNP leaders and activists brought out a procession on the main roads.

The procession ended in front of district BNP office.
