GAZIPUR: Commerce Minister Col. (retd) Faruk Khan Tuesday said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina would complete Bangabandhu`s incomplete tasks as the father of the nation could not complete those for conspirators.    

"Bangabandhu’s dream was that the Bengali nation would be the number one ‘nation’ in the world but his dream did not come true for conspiracy," said the Minister while speaking at a discussion meeting marking the National Mourning Day.

The government would complete the trial of war criminals within its tenure, he added.

Advocate AKM Mozammel Haque MP, Gazipur-1, Zahid Ahsan Rasel MP, Gazipur-1, Dr Abdul Mannan Chowdhury, Vice-chancellor of World University of Bangladesh, Dr Tofayel Ahmed Chowdhury, Pro-VC of National University also spoke among others.
