MYMENSING: A head on collision between two buses at Boilar Ukilbari area in Trisal here on Thursday left two people including a child killed and 30 others injured.

The deceased were identified as Nur Mohammad, 40, and a seven-year-old child.

Officer-in-Charge of Trisal police Firoj Talukder said that a Dhaka-bound bus of Soa Paribahan collided with a Memensing-bound bus of Dreamland Paribahan on Dhaka-Mymensing highway causing the casualties.

The injured were rushed to Mymensing Medical College Hospital in critical condition.

Traffic movement on the highway was suspended following the accident.
