BENAPOLE, JESSORE: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) rescued 20 Bangladeshi, including women and children, from Benapole while being trafficked to India.

In a drive, they were rescued from rail line behind the ICP BGB camp at Benapole Border Check post in Thursday night.

BGB-26 battalion Nayeb Subedar Jalal Uddin told banglanews that the rescued Bangladeshis were handed over to Benapole Port Thana with allegation of illegal intrusion.
