DHAKA: The 21st universal prayer, seeking world peace and solidarity, will be held at the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) auditorium in city on December 1.

The meeting, to be organized by Haqqani Anjuman Bangladesh, will begin at 9:00am on the day.

Liberation war affairs minister AKM Mozammel Huq will be present as chief guest at the prayer, to be chaired by Haqqani Anjuman Bangladesh president Alhaj Iqbal Hossain.

However, Haqqani Anjuman Bangladesh, established by eminent Islamic scholar Hazrat Maulana Sufi Mufti Azangasi (R), has been organizing the special prayer for 20 years.

The organizers urged people irrespective of faith to attend the prayer.
