DHAKA: Moazzem Hossain, husband of former city ward councilor Akhtari Moazzem, breathed his last due to old age complexities at BIRDEM hospital on Monday morning.

He was 70.

The namaz-e-janaza of Moazzem Hossain was held at central jam-e-mosque of Pallabi thana after the Asr prayer.

Later, he was buried at Mirpur-11 graveyard.

Moazzem Hossain left his wife, three sons, four daughters, many relatives and well wishers to mourn his death.

His qulkhwani will be held after the Asr prayer on December 4 (Friday).
