DHAKA: Ittefaq Special Correspondent Jamal Uddin Hossain and Gazi TV’s Raju Ahmed have been elected as president and general secretary of Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU).

Meanwhile, M Shariful Islam was elected vice president uncontested, as he was lone candidate in the post.

Earlier, voters started casting their ballots at 9:00am and continued till 5:00pm without any break.
