BARISAL: Police recovered bodies of a couple from a rented house at Kaunia thana of Barisal metropolitan city around 10:00am on Tuesday.

The deceased were identified as Khaled, 35, a mason and his wife Mukuli Begum, 28, who used to work as a muhuri of a lawyer.

Kaunia Thana police assistant commissioner AH Enayet Uddin told banglanews that police was on the spot.

Whether it was an act of murder or suicide can be ascertained after conducting autopsy, he added.
