DHAKA: A railway police constable has died at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) in city Sunday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Angshapru Marma (50) of Naniarchar upazila of Rangamati district.

Dhaka Railway Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Abdul Majid told banglanews said that Angshapru Marma, who was on-duty at Maitree Express of Dhaka-Kolkata route, reached Kamalapur and went to police barrack.

He suddenly fell sick and rushed to DMCH, the OC added.

According to him, Angshapru might have died of cardiac attack.
