DHAKA: Pakistan High Commission in Dhaka has withdrawn its second secretary (Political) Fareena Arshad over her alleged links with militants.

She left Dhaka on Wednesday noon.

A source in Bangladesh foreign ministry said, she was removed following an informal pressure from Bangladesh as the detectives found her links in financing the terrorists.

Recently, a militant of Jamaatul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) gave information about her involvement in recent terror incidents in Bangladesh.

Later detectives found evidences in some audio clips of her telephone conservation.
