DHAKA: Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) summoned former state minister of Housing and Public Works ministry Alamgir Kabir for his alleged involvement in misusing power and corruption.

ACC deputy director Jatan Kumar Roy on Monday said that a letter was sent to Alamgir Kabir asking him to appear in ACC office at 10:00am on September 29.

It was alleged that Alamgir Kabir allotted some plots illegally and misappropriated TK 39.3 crore in 2006.
