RIYADH: Two more Bangladeshi pilgrims died in Saudi Arabia on Saturday and Sunday.

The deceased were identified as M Abdul Momen 77, passport number- AF1084349 and M Showkat Hossain 64, passport number- AF2054893.

Altogether eight Bangladeshi pilgrims were died in Saudi this year.

Sources said Abdul Momen died in Mecca on Saturday and Showkat Hossain died in Medina at local time around 4:00 pm on Sunday due to heart attack.

Mecca Hajj Mission source said that the people were died due to heart attack or old age complication till now. Moreover, around 173 pilgrims died last year, the source added.

Around 90 thousands of Bangladeshi people are likely to perform Hajj in Saudi Arabia this year.

Mecca Hajj Mission source confirmed the matters to banglanews.
