DHAKA: A College girl was killed in a road accident in Mugdha near Kamalapur Stadium in the capital on Sunday morning.

The deceased were identified as Marzana Jahan Munmun, 19, a second year student of Central Women College.

Sources said that a passenger bus knocked her at around 08:30am in the area, leaving her critically injured.

Later, she was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where doctors declared her dead.

Confirming the matter Mugdha Thana Officer-in-Charge Omar Faruk told bangalnews, “The body was sent to DMCH morgue for autopsy.”
