DHAKA: A 14-man delegation of Jatiya Party, headed by its chairman Hussein Muhammad Ershad attended the dinner invitation by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Ganabhaban on Sunday.

Ershad along with JP leaders have entered Ganabhaban at around 7.25pm.

Sources said a meeting between the top brass of both parties is expected to be followed by a dinner session.

Jatiya Party is the second largest member of the Awami League-led 14-party grand alliance.

Earlier on Saturday, Jatiya Party released an official statement where they said that the prime minister’s proposal of all-party cabinet lacked clarity.
