DHAKA: A Dhaka Court rejected the case filed against Dhaka Metropolitan Police Motijheel Zone DC Ashrafuzzaman and ADC Mehdi Hasan among 30 cops.

Metropolitan Magistrate Harun-or-Rashid passed the order on Thursday noon.

Judge said that government permission needed to sue any public servant.

Earlier in the morning, BNP filed the case over an attack on Khaleda’s personal security forces.

BNP’s joint-secretary for Law affairs Advocate M Khorshed Alam filed the case against 30 police personnel mentioning two above names.
