Police have arrested a drug peddler with 3 thousand 800 pieces of yaba tablets in Jatrabari area of the capital. 

The peddler was identified as Nazim Uddin.

Detective Brach Mirpur Division Assistant Commissioner (AC) Salahuddin Khan Nadeem has confirmed this matter.

He said Nazim was arrested along with yaba tablets from a residential hotel based on secret information.

A case has been filed in this regard under the Narcotics Control Act, said AC.
