BNP to hold mass processions in the capital and other metropolitan cities across the country today (August 18), demanding their one-point demand for hold the next general election under non-party caretaker government.

Dhaka south and north city units of BNP and other parties and alliances will separately take out mass processions in the capital at 3:00pm on Friday.

There will be two mass processions in Dhaka's south and north zones.

BNP's Dhaka north unit will hold the rally at 3:00pm from Gulshan-1 to Mohakhali Bus Terminal while south city unit will bring out a procession from Doyaganj it will end at the party’s Nayapaltan central office. 

Earlier on August 17, on the first day of BNP's three-day programme, party leaders and activists distributed leaflets in front of its Nayapaltan office and nearby areas.
