DHAKA: State minister for home affairs Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal on Thursday categorically said new investigation would be conducted against BNP Chairperson if needed.

The minister came up with the assertion while addressing a reception ceremony organized by Ideal Commerce College in the city in the morning.

The lawmaker said, “We will take legal action if any case is filed against Khaleda Zia. But there is no case against her yet.”

Asazzuzaman Khan also said the students are playing a vital role in materializing the vision of the present government.

Besides, he urged all to work together to continue the developments of the country.
