8 Jamaat men held with cocktails

DHAKA: Police, in a drive, detained eight activists of Jamaat-e-Islami with cocktails at Pireerbagh in capital’s Mirpur area early Wednesday.
Identity of the detainees could not be known immediately.

Mirpur Model Thana police claimed that the Jamaat men were planning to create subversive acts.
