DHAKA: BNP’s student wing Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) announced a two-day protest program over the arrest warrant issued against BNP senior vice-chairman Tarique Rahman.

As part of the program, rallies and demonstrations will be held in district towns, metropolitan cities and university campuses on Tuesday (November 10).

Moreover, rallies and demonstrations will be organized at thanas, municipalities and colleges on the following day.

JCD central committee acting president Mamunur Rashid Mamun and general secretary Mohammad Akramul Hasan in a statement denounced the arrest warrant and urged JSD activists to participate in the protest programs.
