CHUADANGA: Joint forces comprising Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) and police have detained Chuadanga municipality unit Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Mofizur Rahman on allegation of sabotage.

He was picked up from his residence in Gulshanpara are of the district town around 2:00am of Friday.

Chuadanga additional police super belayed Hossian told banglanews that Mofizur was detained for his alleged involvement in sabotage.

Later, a case was filed against him with Sadar Thana under explosive act.
