DHAKA: Metropolitan Session Judge Court also rejected bail petition of former MP and also BNP’s student affairs secretary Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Annie in nine cases, including seven filed against him in January, 2015.

Metropolitan Session Judge M Kamrul Hossian Molla passed the order on Monday (February 8) after hearing the bail plea of Anny.

Anny’s lawyer Jaynul Abedin Mezbah informed the matter to banglanews.
 
On January 28, Anny surrendered before the Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court in nine cases, including seven filed in January, 2015 and sought bail.

Later on the day, metropolitan magistrates Mahmud Adnan and Yunus Khan sent former MP and also BNP’s student affairs secretary Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Annie in two sabotage cases.
