KISHOREGANJ: Two activists from both sides were killed in a clash between activists of Awami League and BNP centering establishing supremacy in Nikli of Kishoreganj on Friday evening.

The deceased were identified as AL supporter Wazkuruni, 30 and BNP supporter Kanchan, 45.

Confirming the matter to banglanews, Officer-in-Charge of Nikli Thana Mahbub Alam said that police rushed to spot on information and took the situation under control.

Additional law enforcers were deployed in the area to avert further clash, he added.
