DHAKA: A meeting with Election Commission (EC) and Law enforcing agencies is underway at EC’s secretariat conference room on Thursday morning.

Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Kazi Rakib Uddin Ahamed and four commissioners met with law enforcers at around 11:00am to ensure the security of tenth national election.

Chiefs of DGFI, Coast Guard, Ansar, Specail Branch of police and National Security Intelligence including Home secretary CQK Mostak Ahmed, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Hasan Mahmud Khandakar, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) Director General Mokhlesur Rahman, Military Principal of Staff Officer Lieutenant General Abu Belal Safiul Haque, Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) Major General Aziz Ahmed Chowdhury and others are attending the meeting.
