A man and his eight-year-old son were killed, and at least 12 others injured, when a passenger bus lost control and crashed into a roadside mosque in Tarakanda upazila of Mymensingh this morning (June 6).
The accident took place around 8:00am in the West Taldighi Fakir Bari area along the Mymensingh–Sherpur regional highway, police said.
The victims were identified as Md Parvez Mia, 35, and his eight-year-old son Md Hasan Mia, residents of Sanarpar village in Siddhirganj, Narayanganj.
