3 minors drown in Netrokona

NETROKONA: Three minors drowned in Dholoy River in Boro Ilaspur area under Purbodhola upazila of the district on Wednesday noon.

The deceased were identified as Mazharul Islam, 6, son of Azizul Islam, Kona, 5, daughter of Abdur Rahman and Sumona Akhter, 5, daughter of Shamsuddin of the area.

Sub-Inspector of Purbodhola Thana Monoranjan Sarker confirmed the matter to banglanews.
