Draft Coastguard Act okayed

DHAKA: The cabinet on Monday has approved the draft of Coastguard Act-2014 keeping the provision of death penalty, the highest punishment of mutiny. 

Cabinet secretary Mosharrf Hossain Bhuiyan made the disclosure after a regular meeting in the noon.
