Philippines’ envoy meets FM

DHAKA: Newly appointed ambassador of Philippines to Bangladesh Vicente Vivencio Tejamo Bandillo called on Foreign Minister Abul Hasan Mahmood Ali at the ministry of Foreign Affairs Wednesday.

During the meeting both the foreign minister and the ambassador agreed to strengthen the economic ties between the two countries including cooperation in ship building industry.

The foreign minister welcomed the ambassador for his new assignment in Bangladesh.
