DHAKA: All Indian visa seekers but tourist will need no more ‘appointment date’ for submission of the visa application to all visa centers from February 1 for making the visa processing easy. .

Indian Visa Application Centre (IVAC) made the disclosure through press release on Thursday.

Sources said Indian High Commission has taken the decision to ease the visa process amid receiving complaint on application submission date after filling online form.

Meanwhile, IVCA is directly receiving visa application without an appointment date at its Chittagong and Rajshahi offices for several months.

Now application will be taken at all IVACs, including Gulshan, Motijheel and Dhamondi of the city and Khulna offices, from February 1.
