DHAKA: Communications Minister Obaidul Quader categorically said that all-party government would be formed in last end of third week or first end of fourth week of November.  

He came up with disclosure while talking to journalists at his secretariat office after a meeting with Bangladesh Knowledge and Creative Publishers’ Association on Tuesday noon.

Obaidul Quader said the government would be formed taking MPs from the representing parties in the Parliament. Cabinet members will submit their resignation papers with the prime minister in current week.

The minister also mentioned that he has signed his resignation paper today.
