Senior member of BNP Standing Committee and former minister Prof Dr Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain has been hospitalized.   

He was admitted to Evercare Hospital under the supervision of cardiologist Dr Shahbuddin Ahmed on Friday night at around 3:00am after he suddenly fell sick.   

The elder son of the BNP leader Khandaker Mahbub Hossain Tushar along with family members took him to the hospital,  

BNP chairperson's press wing member Shamsuddin Didar confirmed the matter.

During the admission, BNP Chairperson’s personal physician Dr AZM Zahid Hossain was also present at the hospital.

Family members sought blessings from the countrymen for the quick recovery of the veteran leader of the BNP.
