BNP Standing Committee Member Dr. Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, who is now undergoing treatment at Evercare Hospital in the capital, has been shifted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of the hospital.

BNP Vice-Chairman Prof Dr AZM Zahid Hossain confirmed the matter on Saturday (December 9) night. 

The senior leader of the BNP has been hospitalised since December 5.

Dr. Khandaker Mosharraf was shifted to the ICU from cabin following the deterioration of his health on Friday night, said Zahid Hossain.
