BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on Thursday (August 8) expressed hope that Prof Muhammad Yunus will succeed in leading the interim government.
He said, "Dr. Muhammad Yunus has been nominated by both the students and our party. We have entrusted him with this responsibility on behalf of the entire nation… and we believe he will fulfill it.”
Mirza Fakhrul was talking to reporters after visiting a Hospital in the capital.
