DHAKA: Awami League Joint Secretary Mahbub-ul-Alam Hanif Monday said the patronisers of the August 21 grenade attack would be brought for trial.

“The grenade attack was not an isolated incident. The government will put them on dock,” he told a discussion held at Jagannath University auditorium organized to mark the 6th anniversary of grenade attack on an Awami League rally.

Advocate Quazi Md Najibullah Hiru, General Secretary of Dhaka Ainjeebi Samity, Shree Nirmal Goswami and Dr Md Shawkat Jahangir  also spoke.
