DHAKA: A court in Dhaka sent former MP and also BNP’s student affairs secretary Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Anny in two sabotage cases filed against him in January 2015.

Court of metropolitan magistrates Mahmud Adnan and Yunus Khan on Thursday (January 28) passed the order. 

Earlier in the day, Anny surrendered before the Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court in nine cases, including seven filed in January 2015 and sought bail.

The magistrates will pronounce its order in rest of seven cases after reviewing some documents, Anny’s lawyer Joynul Abedin Mezbah told banglanews.
