DHAKA: National council of Jatiya Party (JP) will be arranged on the premises of Institution of Engineers Bangladesh on May 14.

JP secretary general Ruhul Amin Howlader made this announcement at a press conference at party central office in city’s Banani area on Monday (April 4).

Around 50,000 persons including party councilors, invited guests and delegates are expected to attend the council, he added.

He further said that the program will begin 10:00am and continue till evening on the day.

‘Enthusiasm has been created among the party people centering the upcoming council. It will help the party start a new journey,’ the JP leader hoped.
