DHAKA: Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs minister Anisul Huq on Saturday said the ministry will work from Sunday (May 31) to provide the Day Care Center facilities to the children of the female judges of the country.
He further said the ministry would do everything to open Day-Care Center to take care of the children of female judges.
He was addressing the reception ceremony of Chief Justice SK Sinha, organized by Bangladesh Women Judges Association (BWJA) at Judicial Administration Training Institute in city.
The minister said incumbent government was acutely aware about the obligations of the Constitution. “The government has taken several steps as it is committed to establish justice in the country,” he added.
The women judges also highlighted several problems including security, accommodation and transfer in the middle of the year.
With BWJA president Nurun Nahar Osmani in the chair, Justices Nazmun Ara Sultana and Syed Mahmud Hossain of Supreme Court’s Appellate Division also addressed the program.
