DHAKA: Senior judge of the Appellate Division Md Abdul Wahhab Miah has started serving his duty as acting chief justice in absence of SK Sinha.
On Tuesday morning (October 3), a bench of five justices led by Wahhab Miah began judicial activities at the court-1 of Supreme Court Appellate Division.
Earlier, Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha went on one month leave due to his illness on Monday (October 2).
