DHAKA: A case was filed over Thursday’s deadly fire in FR Tower at Banani road no.17 in the capital city.

Police, as plaintiff, filed the case.

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Asaduzzaman Mia disclosed the matter while addressing a program in front of Shahi Mosque in Chawkbazar of old parts of Dhaka, Saturday (March 30) noon.

How many persons were sued, he didn’t revealed.

However, 25 persons were killed and more than 50 suffered injuries in the deadly fire at the 22-storey skyscraper Thursday (March 28) noon.
