CHATTOGRAM: A Chattogram court indicted three building owners under Building Construction Act, on charge of violating codes.

They are-- Showkat Alam, Md Abdul Hashem and Kulsuma Begum.

The charges were formed at the special court of Chattogram Development Authority (CDA) judge and special magistrate Saiful Alam Chowdhury on Monday (June 10).

The deposition will be started this month, said sources from the court.

On April 4, Inspector Saikat Chandra Pal of CDA's Authorized Department filed the case accusing the three of erecting building at Kolpolok Residential Area by breaching codes.
