MYMENSINGH: A case was filed accusing 31 persons over killing three persons including a man and his son in Iswarganj upazila of Mymensingh.

Slain Abul Hashem's daughter Roksana Begum, as the plaintiff, filed the case against 31 persons including 19 unnamed, Friday (August 16) night.

Iswarganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Ahmed Kabir confirmed the matter to Banglanews Saturday (August 17).

Meanwhile, one of the accused has been arrested. Efforts are on detain others, he said.

Abul Hashem, 55, his son Jahirul Islam, 25 and one Abdur Rashed's son Azibul Huq, 30 were killed in a clash between two brothers over land dispute in Kathaldangi village on Wednesday (August 14) night.

Two others were injured.
