Bangladesh Meteorological Department today (Nov 23) predicted that weather many remain mainly dry for the next 24 hours begins from this morning.
According to BMD’s bulletin, weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country.
“Seasonal low lies over South Bay, extending its trough to North Bay. A low pressure area is likely to form over Southeast Bay and adjoining area during next 24 hours,” the forecast said.
Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over northern part of the country and light to moderate fog may occur at places elsewhere over the country during late night till early morning, it added.
Country's maximum temperature on Friday was recorded 31.8 degree Celsius jointly at Cox's Bazar and Kutubdia and minimum temperature today was recorded 14.5 degree Celsius at Srimangal.
Night and day temperature may fall slightly over the country.
The sun sets today at 05-11 PM and rises tomorrow at 06-20 AM in the capital.
