DHAKA: The government has appointed two new divisional commissioners in Barisal and Sylhet divisions.

Ministry of public administration issued separate gazette notification in this regard on Sunday.

According to the notification, special officer-in-charge of ministry of public administration Gaus was appointed as Barisal divisional commissioner.

And outgoing divisional commissioner Nurul Amin has been appointed as managing director of Prime Minister’s Education Assistance Trust.

On the other hand, roads and highway department joint secretary Sazzadul Hasan replaced NM Ziaul Alam who got charge of Additional Secretary of cabinet division.
