The 58th Bishwa Ijtema concluded on Sunday (February 16) with the Akheri Munajat at the banks of the Turag River in Tongi.
Millions of devotees from home and abroad joined the final prayers, which began at 12:37 pm.
The Akheri Munajat was conducted by Maulana Yusuf bin Saad, who also delivered a sermon on guidance at 9:30 am.
The second phase of Bishwa Ijtema, organized by followers of Maulana Saad from Nizamuddin Markaz, started on Thursday (February 13) after Asr prayers with a sermon by Pakistani scholar Maulana Harun.
Since morning, devotees from Gazipur and nearby districts gathered at the Ijtema ground to take part in the final prayers.
During the Akheri Munajat, they prayed for Allah’s mercy, forgiveness, and salvation. Special prayers were also offered for the unity, peace, and well-being of the global Muslim community.
